TERRITORY WILDLIFE PARK

See birds, animals and fish up close in their natural habitats. The rangers have a passion for the wildlife and environment in their care and love sharing their knowledge.

This multi-award winning park covers 400 hectares (1000 acres) in natural bushland with 6 kilometres of walking trails. A free shuttle train links major exhibits.

Billabong Walk – the raised walkway. See prolific birdlife. Look into the water for freshwater turtle, barramundi and catfish.

Aquarium – Huge air-cond aquarium with walk-thru tunnel where fresh water species glide gracefully above and beside you.

Oolloo Sandbar – Interact with our whiprays whilst standing in ankle deep water during special ranger presentations.

Flight Deck An inspirational display of free-flying birds of prey demonstrating diverse natural behaviours. Birds fly surprisingly close to the audience.

Monsoon Vine Forests – Stand still, look, listen and smell as the forest come to life. Enjoy the huge walk-through aviary.

Nocturnal House – See animals that come out at night, many rarely seen in the wild.
