ROSEVIEW GARDENS

Roseview Garden is an open garden of 2 acres with tall shady deciduous and evergreen trees, shrubs and flowers. There are over 600 roses – Heritage, Modern, HT Floribundas, Climbers, Standards, Weeping Standards and David Austins.

The garden changes with the seasons with trees in blossom, bulbs and flowering annuals in bloom in spring, followed by a profusion of colour and perfume in summer.

Then the trees change colour in autumn.

During winter the hebes, pansies, violas, cinnerias, primulas, Cootamundra wattles, daffodils, winter irises, ajuga and tree dahlias are in bloom.

You can meander around the garden where abundant native birds have made their home. You can see little blue wrens, New Holland honey eaters and colourful parrots. Entrance to the garden is $5.00 pp.

The coffee shop offers a choice of eat-in or in the alfresco area – devonshire teas, cappuccinos and homemade cakes.

Lunches and dinners can be catered for by prior arrangement. Weddings welcome. Crafts and emu products are available.

Morning and afternoon teas 10am-4.30pm at approx $5.50pp.

The garden is easy to find situated 10 kms from the Port Lincoln Post Office, off Flinders Highway on Little Swamp Lane, Little Swamp.
