Spacious cottage, overlooking parklands sleeps up to six with two queen size bedrooms and 2 single beds in third. Ceiling fans are in rooms and  beds have electric blankets and quality linen.

Generous provisions for cooked or Continental breakfast are supplied. And plunger coffee and special treats to enjoy too. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a separate dining room.

The cosy lounge has a gas log heater, as well as r/c air conditioning. You can relax with the TV, Dvd & Cd player and there are books magazines and games. There's also a sun room, ideal to use as a quiet retreat to read, or for the children to play.

Modern bathroom includes vanity basin, large mirror, heater light, toilet, hair dryer and toiletries supplied.

Roomy laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry powder. And there's a second toilet,

You can relax on the front veranda with views over the parklands opposite and there's a barbecue in the leafy secluded paved area at the rear of the cottage.

Enclosed undercover car parking with sensor lighting gives you peace of mind.
