TUMBY BAY MARINA VILLAS
Spacious waterfront villa with own private pontoon at peaceful Tumby Bay Marina. The three bedroom villa is tastefully decorated and sleeps up to six. Master bedroom has ensuite and TV. Two bathrooms. Towels and linen are provided and will be refreshed for stays of over one week.
There is plenty of room in the living area to relax and enjoy your holiday and the villa has reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort.
A modern fully equipped kitchen and a laundry makes holiday tasks a breeze.
The pontoon is available for guests’ use, supervision of which is the responsibility of the guests.
A barbeque is available. Please return it cleaned, to the garage after use.
The villa is near the boat ramp where fish filleting/cleaning facilities are provided. Cleaning of fish is not to be carried out at the villa.
The villa is strictly non smoking. Sorry no pets.
Secure, electronic lock up and undercover parking is provided.
