STREAKY BAY NATIONAL TRUST MUSEUM
The museum features comprehensive displays of early days of the Streaky Bay District. It includes the Kemp Family’s original Pine and Pug Cottage, the Daisy Bates Story, the old Doctor’s Surgery with instruments, items and photos of shipping history, early agricultural implements and household items. STREAKY BAY RESTORED ENGINE MUSEUM
A fascinating look at the astonishing range of engines, large and small, that powered Australian agriculture areas from the early 1900s. One of the best displays in Australia. Engines are housed in the old powerhouse building where the throb of the large engines powered Streaky Bay before connection to the South Australian electricity grid.
