Every year on the last Sunday in September the Bay to Birdwood takes place. More than 1,500 historic vehicles wend their way from West Beach through the Adelaide Hills to Birdwood. The run alternates between Vintage cars one year and Classic cars (manufactured between 1956 and 31 1977) the next.
The next Bay to Birdwood will be The 2008 Vintage .
Over 100,000 people line the route. It’s Adelaide’s longest breakfast street party with special viewing and interview stages along the 70km route and hosted by some Councils whiere the event passes.

Pull on your moleskins, slap on your Akubra and head to the National Motor Museum! Sunday 25 November 2007 10am – 5pm
A day of fantastic Utes, 4x4’s, Trucks and Tractors plus great country artists and bands. This day will be pure country with a ute, truck and tractor muster, hot cars, bush poetry, line dancing, sheep dog trials, a mechanical bull, kids activities and country food and drinks. Throw in a rug or some chairs but please no glass or animals.
Admission includes entry into Motor Museum. Kids under 15 free.

Jive to the 50's and 60's in this February annual event for cars and bikes manufactured before 1976.
A day of fins, chrome, bobby socks and beehives.
Carnival atmosphere with dance and Rock and Roll bands
